Raytoons

Raymond Mullikin is a Cartoonist, App Developer, Animator and Credentialed Teacher. He has published cartoons in books, magazines, newspapers, and e-cards. He has also created animated film shorts for film festivals around the world.

Raymond works for Raytoons, which prints and distributes 2000 to 4000 prints for comic issue.  He is the creator of the Jonathin Quackup series.
